Turkey has their own ongoing about making long range SAM.
What happened of that?

Turkish surface to air missile family called Hisar. The family is being enlarged to meet almost all SAM requirements of Turkish Armed Forces but This project needs time to be mature by 2020's.

Turkey seeks a foreign long altitude SAM system under the name of T-LORAMIDS project which was cancelled a while ago cause of politic reasons. This project aims to fill the gap until domestic systems delivered into Armed Forces. It seems Turkey and Russia close to ink a deal for S-400 SAM system.

Hisar family (Land and Air Forces) SAM missiles !

1- Hisar MANPAD VSHORAD 4km altitude, 6km range (2018)
2- Hisar-A Low Altitude-IIR 10km altitude, 16+km range, 4m length, 230kg weight
3- Hisar-O Medium Altitude-IIR 15km altitude, 25+km range (Ismail Demir stated 40km) (Hisar-O missile fly around 60 second at last test launch) 4,5m length, 300kg weight
4- Hisar-ON (Nokta) Long Altitude Medium Range-RF, 20km altitude, 50km range
5- Hisar-U Long Altitude Long Range, IIR-RF dual seeker, 20+km Altitude, 150km range

Hisar-Naval

Hisar-Naval missiles will be integrated on TF-2000 ships' vertical launch tubes to be operated under the Aselsan developed CAFRAD radar complex + Havelsan developed Genesis Advent CMS.

Turkey and Iran are the Two Muslim countries where Synagogue can be built and Jews are thriving without problems. Local Jews not Israeli Jews.
But Israel posing as representative of all Jews of the world should at least treat those countries well where Jews are still living in significant numbers and have no discrimination
