What's new

turkey steps forward for liver transplant of Pakistanis

. . . . .
soon we will be linked to turkey via train and road.CPEC

It doesn't matter, European healthcare is expensive for non citizens.
And even if transplant is free, medicine and rents on hotels /apartments along with transport will be considerable.

I am telling you after living 10 years in EU.

.
MH Rawalpindi already have the liver transplant centre I think.

Then why patients are going to India and other countries ? Liver transplant is like sending a manned mission to Mars here in Pakistan . Last time I heard a hospital has done liver transplant and a front runner TV channel was showing it as breaking news . Transplanting two or three patient rarely that too with high cost and risk will not cut problem my mate .

. .
There are lots of hands on courses for transplant medicine all over the world. Why dont your vascular and hepatobiliary specialists go there, train themselves and come back to do surgeries there?

. . .
Why Pakistan not taking help of chine in making hospitals they are very good with that.

They can't Satish , I think transplant is against the social laws in Pakistan , donors are considered un-islamic if I am not wrong.

i have heard from somewhere that SIUT also Started Liver Transplant Facility, Dr.s are from Iran!
Actually we don't need any body. We need to subside medical "things". We have an army of trained doctors mashaAllah.

its about priorities, our govt consider road and motorways more important then health and education.
