It seems..tht u cant be polite to anyone.. Why resort to rudeness? Agar swat main kinnu bech rahay thay..tu kia ab zarb e azb main aam bech rahay hain? If the war is all but finished..and won..so i think ppl from Mars are fighting Zarb e azb? Or maybe zarb e azb is also finished and we havent seen any suicide bombing in Pak in years?
If yr a military person, analyst or intelligence person u will understand exactly what i said.

There r a few countries who have overcame insurgency like Russia in Chechnya, Srilanka in Northern Jaffna areas and Pakistan in Swat.

Overcame means u have not just militarily beaten them but have controlled backlash, reactions from domestic and international audience, power vacuum in order to not allow them to return etc.

And sweety, if u think im angry then u havnt met a Kashmiri in yr real life. We and Pathans r like this usually.

Remember millions of dollars that Turkey sucked from us by selling us junk IPP to produce adhoc electricity. Has turkey ever came for our support in 1948,1965, 1971? We do not owe anything to Turkey. Their friendship in on paper and we should acknowledge that on paper.
US failed earlier to pull Pakistan into this mess through Saudi Arabia and now they are using Turkish route. Their are no friends but interests.
Pakistan should strictly stay away from the WAR but we should promise to raise voice for them on every platform and help them morally and as they have been doing for us
That's lame as that IPP was a Pakistan contract with a private firm and was a mean of corruption by our politicians.

Turkey doesn't need our boots or weapons all they will be interested in having a few Pakistanis in their central control rom and devise strategies to counter guerilla warfare from PKK and deal with imminent urban warfare and terrorizing threats and Pakistan can easily provide that given our expertise in that field.

On the other hand given ISI's international reach I am sure they are already helping Turkey with all the concerned intel.

As for your argument, tht US is now using turkish route.... Well unlike GCC, i dont think turkey would want our boots on ground because they have an effective military...... Maybe more coordination, and intel, and shared strategy is what they want..and we should provide them with tht...
Agreed! I think there is no harm with sharing intel and strategy, but this is not our war and we should stick to this and avoid being sucked in slowly

No way.........................

Pakistan Army is the world's most effective force against terrorism and insurgencies.

Chechen insurgency is still ongoing and can in no way be compared to TTP.

So finally Sunnis powers are united against Kurds to finish them once it for all eh....

May god be with Kurds...

Nobody wants to finish or destroy the Kurds; why cant the Kurds live in peace with the local population? Nationalism leads to division; we went from one nation to 52, will you only be happy when we go from 52 to 104?

What about our special forces?

I agree... I have already said tht turkish forces are much better equipped and trained than ours.. But maybe, as the topic suggests..tht maybe Turkey has sought our advise in dealing with 2-3 fronts at the same time.. I dont know..i am just guessing all this.., going by Gen Raheels visit to turkey and his statements... Turkey has been dealing with kurds for a long time.. But with changing global scenario, daesh, syria and all... States need to have better anti terror cooperation... I am in no way saying tht Turkish forces cant handle all this on their own... Its just tht Pak has been facing similar challenges.....and also has gained immense experience in the last decade... So what better to have shared strategy and tactics between two brotherly nations, who have similar challenges? Maybe this is what Turkish leadership has said to Gen Raheel... And if it is.. Pak should do its part..this is what i am saying

Agreed bro. :) And you are sounding like ...you think that you may offended me unintentionally. :)

Be sure man, there is no such thing between brothers, no Pakistani can offend me. :)

I donot understand if its Turkey, or Turkish, Pakistanis giving Full Support, but when it's Arabs or UAE, Pakistanis are reluctant, what the hell... Look at millions of expatriates Pakistanis in UAE, and business opportunities in Arab countries...why this discrimination and double standards by Pakistanis here.

.
we already have some other problems concern to Pakistan security We should keep distance from this conflict
Turkey is our brother country but first we have to secure our country first then if we can help then we must help. But we should keep it in our mind about we are still in war against terror brought to us by India, Israel etc
This is not right time to help our brothers

.
Few points Turkish forces are more developed than their counter parts in Pakistan forces

Now i dont think they want guns or jets they have got that covered they want experience and expertise Pak gained against TTP even turkish forces got that covered since they been fighting for ages

No matter what Pakistan must not send forces until territory of friendly nation is in danger
Bcz even if they say yes it will cause problem for Pakistan bcz arabs will say turkey is more special to Pakistan than arabs which will bite back
And for me its more of gesture of showing support than sending soldiers even turkey know current situation of Pakistan

double standards?
bro the whole scenario is different, Arabs are INVADING Yemen while Turkey only wants to DEFEND itself againt terrorism.
You are comparing aggressors (arabs) with a nation fighting to secure itself from menace of terrorism (Turkey).
And don't worry about expatriates, I live in Saudi Arabia, believe me I am not worried. Arabs can't just throw Pakistanis out from there countries, Pakistanis make a large manpower in gulf countries, they won't be able to handle the shortage of manpower plus the reaction of Pakistan.
EDIT: One thing more arabs were asking for army troops, jets, naval power etc while Turkey will most probably only ask for intel, training, strategies sort of help.

I browse the 'scanner feeds' (aka social media) time to time and one thing i've noticed is that PKK guys always wish luck to BLA type groups "best of luck against the enemy" (aka our military) --- AND VICE VERSA

PKK and BLA and Daish and TTP are one and the same.

Jointly - through shared intelligence (ISI has EXCELLENT working relationship with Turkish intel MIT), counter-insurgency war exercises and other initiatives we will jointly THRASH these people

We both have among the most disciplined and professional and well equipped militarys - Turk's enemies are ours and our enemies are theirs. Our friendship knows no bounds and that includes the brotherhood between our armed forces

we will THRASH THE GOATS out of these God damn rats who threaten our peace and economic progress and unity.

to answer the question - we should focus on crushing Daish....

PKK is a group Turkiye can take on, on its own. For 4-5 decades, PKK waged war on Turkiye but their ability to strike is highly diminished. Just like BLA in Pakistan, which is now having internal divisions, defections etc.

We should offer support in combating Daish - even though Daish is a purely Arab phenomenon. Daish is enemy of Muslims, agents. Unlike Yemen or these other wars, I'd have no problem sending a small number of forces to help crush them despite that we are already stretched thin on Afghan border and the enemy to the east (indian)

With shared intel inputs, I'd love to see PAF F-16s bombing the hell out of Daish positions using Turkish and Jordanian air bases but that's just my own WISHFUL thinking. Deploying aircrafts there and the logistics would be expensive, but so worth it.
