Turkey Searches For a Coat of Arms

osmanl%C4%B1-armas%C4%B1-jpg.184069

This has army and navy just update it to add air force and job done!

This can't be used anymore. Ottoman Empire is no more. Also, we don't have the khilafat no more (green flag with 3 crescents on it symbolizes khilafat) Also we don't have sultan no more (sultan's tuğra)....

But new CoA can be made by taking references from Ottoman CoA.

What about this one?

No not this simple, this isn't like putting a historical animal symbol on the coat of arms, you can't just use Sultan's signature and Caliphate flag on Republic of Turkey's national emblem, just like how French removed the crown from their emblems after the abolishment of monarch.

Funny thing is, appearently Ottoman coat of arms is designed by a British guy :D

@Judge

While I'm sympathic towards Pakistanis and support close relationship, their manstream political stances are so opposite, if they were Turkish, I would probably hate them.

this one in red color

I hope we will use a very similar one to the Ottoman one.

Thats the inofficial logo of Turkey in Europe anyway. :lol:

The company that designed this picture must be filthy rich by now. Everywhere in Europe, döner businesses have their döner kebab wrapped in a paper with this picture on it. :D

How is that makes sense that a coat of arms that includes Caliphate flag and a personal signature of sultans can represent Turkey ?
Caliphate not only made a state which peoples can only dream of but also introduced Turks to world,
