It's logical to say no to a defense project that singles out one nation as an enemy, that is not good.

However if it is a project that is aimed at protecting NATO countries against any missile from any neighboring country, then I believe it's a project turkey would join. which is logical.

But no to pointing fingers or naming enemies.
