The authorities should have not let on to the fact they found the tunnel. Let the people who made it repair it. Then arrest them, and get info out of them. Then find their friends and squeeze them too. Then you would send them to jail to rot.

No Indian has refused the existance of problem in kasmir ......We don't have our heads dug up in sand ...

For crimes in kashmir , the preparators will be found and punished as we have a fair judicial system unlike you
