LOL that was election time. Trump has changed and flip flopped on most of his election pledges including burning domestic issues LOL That speaks volume. Just because Trump said he loves Hindu doesn't mean he will neglect Pakistan.

Obama the most anti-Pakistan US president to date couldn't do jack sh!t apart from screaming to do more. Trump is a different animal. A guy who flip flops every second, but very shrewd. He understands the reality. He will deal with the devil if he has to.

Obama plucked Osama right from Kakul academy boundary wall but I guess violation of national sovereignty didn't mean jack sh!t to Pakistan as you put it. Well Trump did say Pakistani people are intelligent so I am sure they would put in some serious thought on his 2 minute offer.

  US president-elect Donald Trump, in a telephonic conversation with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, said on Wednesday he was willing to play any role that Pakistan wanted to find solutions to outstanding problems.
  
  The premier had called Trump to felicitate him on his recent victory, a statement issued by the PM’s House said.
  
  The US president-elect also said it would be an honour for him to do so and he would personally do what was needed.
  
  During the telephone conversation, Trump also praised PM Nawaz Sharif and expressed his desire to meet with him soon. “As I am talking to you Prime Minister, I feel I am talking to a person I have known for long,” he said.
  
  Trump added that Pakistan was a fantastic country with tremendous opportunities and that Pakistanis were some of the most intelligent people.
  
  Trump also accepted PM Nawaz’s invitation, saying he would love to visit Pakistan and meet its people.
  
  Earlier, Trump had said that if elected, he’d like to mediate between India and Pakistan because the region was a “very, very hot tinderbox”.

US policies are totally independent of personal preferences, unless Nikki will decide US policies I don't see her taking India's line in UN. Obama was soft on Pakistan because he visited Pakistan back when he was in his 20s but Trump has no such case.
