The Trumpster may be a joke, but he is a joke because he is essentially unsophisticated, refused to be refined, and resistant to be controlled, not because he is stupid. Personally, I do not like Trump even as a person, let alone as a man, even before he ran for president, and when he was in the running, my disgust for him grew even more. But looking at US presidents in my lifetime so far, Donald Trump's and Ronald Reagan's natures are essentially representative of the US in terms of national character. And THAT is what 'the world' often missed.

The funniest part is he actually knows he's full of crap, but he just doesn't care and thinks the more he says this administration is the best in history and has done more than any other administration in the history of mankind and keeps repeating that crap, maybe people will start believing it. That's the hilarious part. Everyone laughing at him was so embarrassing but who cares? We've had so many of these moments it's just another one to add to the bin. I saw this live as it happened and I just chuckled. A year ago we would've talked about it for days on end until the next shocker came along. Now it's just another Trump embarrassment, no big deal.
