I dont think overnight all american and western manufacturers can shift from China it will take couple of years if it comes to that and have'nt you heard small fishes working together to form a shape of bigger fish thats how it will work if even comes to that, Vietnam is already eating electronics manufacturing, Bangladesh is taking textile manufacturing more nations will add up to take good chunk out of chinese manufacturing in coming days.
Anyway chinese already moved to higher tier and wages are rising this USA push to shift its manufacturing is just a catalyst for it.
