Protect the ships from what? CIA and Mossad coordinated attacks, which will ultimately be blamed on Iran?

Trump's policy is moving the US Middle Eastern policy towards the heights of absurdity. Can't barely believe this is real life anymore.

.
Dude only waiver Iran got was at Chabahar port which has Indian investments ,
iran didnt beg you to invest in Chabahar. You need it because without it, Pakistan controls your Afghanistan access and policy. Iran is in charge here.

what about Iran backstabbing India by chanting Kashmir ,
and? you said what it is- a chant. Yes Khameini loves Kashmir, but he has not intervened there directly and has respected the conflict as being Indian and Pakistani. is that not enough for you backstabbing, indecisive inefficient regional power? relax. i dont attack India, but i have to set the truth straight here. if u bring BS on this forum, its my job to smash it to pieces. lemme get back to work...

your supreme leader chants Kashmir whenever he wants to blackmail us and India has not reached the level to oppose the US but we tried to get waivers as far as we could ,
Exactly- India is unable to oppose US, so India EVERY TIME, screws Iran over because of that. do you guys apologize to your "friend Iran"? No u dont. ur selfish and act like ur weaker than u really are because you are overcautious, which is bad. scared money DONT MAKE NO MONEY!
And what about Uzair baloch? India was running intelligence operations thru Iran. Iran either allowed it, or didnt cause a fuss when it got exposed. when will you thank Iran publicly for that?

US threatened us with sanctions and our economy is already fragile
With 1.2 bn people why should your economy be fragile? are you blaming Iran for your shortcomings? go relax an take responsibility for your situation.

and also Iran flip flops on giving us Farzad gas field , contract couldn't be signed due to US sanctions.
Oh shut up. Iran gave India this huge, beautiful gas/oil field, and India decided to just SIT ON IT and stall. No drilling, no business activity. Iran threatened pulling the contract from underIndia's feet, and India didnt act, so Iran took it back. you've got 1.2bn people and have no oil, so why play with an oil major like you have oil advantage?

Also uncle sam promised to help us on other platforms in exchange for stopping oil from Iran . India and Iran have enjoyed good ties and hope so it normalises post sanctions.
And you foolishly listened. when will you grow your own balls? You whine alot instead of taking responsibility.

if hodeidah falls houthis are choked
This is false. You'v been parroting this lie for a while. time to shut your BS down! First of all, Hodeidah is strategic and important, but the fall of Hodeidah = / = defeeat of Houthis. YOu are oversimplifying. Iran/ Houthis suppliers also use Oman border to traffic weapons into Yemen. Yemen is a huge country thats in chaos, Iran can get weapons in even if Hodeidah is shut down. it might be a slower, smaller flow of weapons, but they will flow. Also, what about domestic Houthis weapons manufacturing capabilities? Iran has had too much time to help Houthis setup weapons manufacturing in Yemen, so once again, even if you close Hodeidah, Houthis are not "finished". stop parroting this bs consipracy theory. GCC coalition STILL needs 15-30K troops to smash Houthis once and for all, but their balls shrunk, which is typical, so they cant do it.

The best thing that the US could do is to leave the region. Not only Western Asia, Arab world, MENA but the entire Muslim world. The problem is that the US has no such intention. Other than weapons (that could be replaced by other systems from say Russia or China) the US is doing more harm than good. Mutual trade is all fine (KSA has had a annual trade surplus for 50+ years), educational cooperation between universities, exchange programs etc. but the US is not the only such country on the planet that offers that.

I think that "allies and enemies alike", other than Israel, are quite tired of US actions in the region. Even more so with an unstable Trump who does not even have a club about what he is doing or that of his administration.

My opinion - you are jumping the gun, jumping to conclusions too soon, forgetting US-KSA mutually beneficial relation for past 50 years.
Trump Vetoes Measure to Force End to U.S. Involvement in Yemen War
90% of American opposed this veto, but Trump still did it and Senate did not over rule the Veto.

Instead of thinking everything through a conspiracy mind, maybe US wants regime change in Iran with these sanctions. It is a poker move on US part, now the triangle of Iran, China, Saudi Arabia, India has to duke it out, with US the spectator.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion. I have my own which I argued for in this thread.

The American public has no clue about the Yemeni civil war so for or against is not important and I don't really know from where you got that 90% figure.

There is no conspiracy in what I wrote. I am just observing events on the ground, looking at the history and giving my two quick cents. Wrote those posts within minutes. Just quick thoughts and a few unanswered questions, nothing else. Not going to or possible to cover every aspect of the relationship.

In any case it has to be said that KSA and the US will continue to try to have cordial ties as the relationship is far too diverse and old to be discontinued completely however the relationship has evolved. It is (objectively speaking) also better to have cordial or at least friendly ties with a country like the US. The US wants to be involved in the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 and the many big projects (NEOM, future largest solar park in the world) and as long as it is mutually beneficial nobody (decision makers) will complain. No relationship is perfect either.

You forgot Russia. They are secretly hoping for a conflict in the region as they will not be touched all while the oil price will skyrocket. Their economy has been collapsing in the past few years after all and their budget still depends on oil/gas etc. prices. It would be a very, very lucrative thing for them.

True, Russia will benefit immensely monetarily . Europe will have to turn to Russia or USA for Oil.
Iran has suffered for too long, they too need a reprieve with good leadership.
Arab oil countries have been with blessed with wise leaders(look at Venezuela), and one day Iran too will prosper.

Although I was and am critical of US foreign policy in the region (past and present), I have nothing against the US as a country or the average American. After all 3.5 million Americans are ethnic Arabs and I (like all foreigners in general) could in theory become an American citizen as well. After all it is a land of immigrants and each day people from across the world become US citizens. Personally I also enjoyed my time in the US (California) as a student greatly although it only lasted 1 year. There is a world of difference between being critical of a country's government/regime and foreign policy and hating said country and people.

Yes, so the Iranian Mullah's cannot count on Russia at all. Not that they ever could. After all Russia has invaded and conquered their lands and won every war against them. So I always laugh about that "alliance". In fact Russia and Arabs have a far less hostile history. If hostile at all.

Well, we will see about that but obviously things can only get better if the Mullah's rule ends. For the region as well.

Overall yes, but not all of them. Arab states as a whole are some of the richest states in the world in terms of natural resources (as a whole, not only oil) and minerals but unfortunately many are and have been ruled by many useless/incompetent leaders and KSA has had it's share too. But obviously if we compare with African, Central Asian, South American (Venezuela and others) leaders, then yes, they have been more clever and continue to be so. But as you can see in this thread, I believe that the Arab world needs political changes (that are inevitable) so the peoples views and opinions can better be reflected and greater unity can arise like in the past and throughout most of recorded history. This way some of the absolutely senseless conflicts will not occur. For that the Muslim world as a whole needs to improve on every front as well.

May be too much desert heat or may be too much sitting idle on grants have made you this way. Oh by the way, that reminded me, your monarchy is now kissing Idol worshipers' rear for your survival. Is there a limit where you guys stop or have any respect for this million years of glory???

nearly $70 million party for Trump, treated far better than fellow arab kings. The only success the MBS buffoon has is kissing trump,

never forget the humiliation, MBS knows his place

That is not even a $2 million party..
So, you'll feel humiliated if someone tells you you are very rich? How dumb is that?

Look at Trump, pitching to MBS like a 5th grader pitches power point in a class room and MBS just eating it up, look at the smile on his face. Too stupid to understand that United Sates just wants some of their wealth. What the **** are they going to do with all those arms which they can't even use on their own.

Not only India and China ,infact no country is buying oil from Iran as of now so everyone is your enemy now? anyways as of now oil supplies are smooth
So , that's their problem not us .... From our point of view there won't be much difference between usa + nato vs usa + nato + lesser powers
