In collaboration of Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the first phase of training of former Khasadar and Levies personnel integrated into the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has concluded.

In the first phase, 4000 personnel integrated into the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police.

The personnel were trained about counter-terrorism, quick reaction force, policing, dealing with IEDs and explosives, awareness of modern equipment, physical fitness.

What about balochistan levies forces? Does the same apply to them, meaning a merger with balochistan police?

I doubt it but they have been separately trained and being reequipped by Army.

Why miss Public dealing ?

What about balochistan levies forces? Does the same apply to them, meaning a merger with balochistan police?

Khasadar and Levies were tasked of policing the FATA. But now that FATA doesn't exist, the new districts needed quick expansion of KP police to them. This would have taken more then 8-10 years to hire, train and station new recruits so they thought of merging the Khasadar and levies into KP police. This is the reason for merger. In Baluchistan, the Levies are tasked to police the border districts I guess. It's Upto Baluchistan to decide stuff internal to itself after the 18th amendment I am sure.
