So the dumb Indians have built a lemon which cannot operate any modern capable fighters. Indians are now stuck with MIG-29Ks.

The original design was for a Large Air Defence Cruiser(Like the Soviets used) which got enlarged and renamed to IAC 1. Its designed to use Mig29K and Su33 only.

Reports are indian naval high ranking officers already voted for F 18 Super hornets Rafale don't stand a chance only if indian govt enforce rafale on indian Navy

F-35C and F-35B can be operated but they are not offered to India.

Neither F/A-18s nor Rafales can be operated from their new carrier.

Indians are planning to operate MIG-29Ks on the new carrier and F/A-18s on the old carrier.

What can you expect from the low IQ Indians? Missing canards on their LCA fighter and small elevator on their carrier.

Financial bids have yet not been placed. Therefore your inputs are false.

Both of the aircrafts have more or less the same chance of getting the tender, if at all the tender is completed actually.

Hint: The Naval Tejas program has been quietly brought back online, with a 3rd prototype already doing ground tests. If the budget becomes a problem (which it likely is to ) then a small batch of Naval LCA will be bought for the interim till TEDBF fructifies.

It is good for us if they are stuck with Mig-29K.

Are you sure? I’ll take your word for it, but typically both technical and financial bids are opened one after the other for most government procurements. Financial bids have to be submitted along with technical.

F/A-18E Super Hornet Block-III is the stuff Indian Navy will go ofcourse. Rafale and Fulcrums are out of question.

Indian Navy's MiG-29K fleet would be would equipped with Astra BVR missiles for which order had already been placed with the Indian Industries.
BrahMos-NG would be India’s premier air-to-surface missile and would arm most of its fighter fleet which includes the Su-30MKI, LCA Tejas, MiG-29UPG, MiG-29K, and even the Dassault Rafale. Additionally, the BrahMos-NG will have an AESA radar rather than the mechanically scanned one on the BrahMos.

F/A-18 Super Hornet built for carrier ops, ‘compliant’ with INS Vikramaditya & Vikrant — Boeing

The company asserted that the F/A-18 Super Hornet was designed and built for carrier operations, and is “fully compliant” with the aircraft carriers INS Vikramaditya and INS Vikrant.

The F/A-18 will be able to operate on the deck, in the hangar and on the lifts of the Indian Navy’s aircraft carriers, the company said in a statement.

So basically whole ship was designed keeping only two jets in mind ? Like seriously ?
In starting of 2000s, no one in India expected that US-India relations would ever be this close any soon (as US had faced it's 9/11 and Pakistan was a critical ally at that time , so American jets were out of option.)

And the only other thing was Rafale M, the firs Rafale offer to India was made by 2008. So when the designs were frozen in early 2000s, the only option India had was that of Harrier Jump Jet, Su33 and Mig29.

Boeing is considering a system that would allow the Super Hornet to sit canted on the lift, the tilt of the (folded) wings thereby resulting in a slightly shorter overall span measured parallel to the deck

Nothing has happened. Indian Navy as of now is studying the test data.
