I bet Antartica has the highest HDI of all (since its just a few research scientists etc).

Plenty of snow all year round, no annoying morons, no pollution, no hooligans or jerks....

....just plenty of starry nights, peace and tranquility.

But then I guess I would eventually miss the noise, women, fast cars and even the trolls after some time.

Just can't win it seems lol. But Canada is a good compromise ....the emptiness is never far away....and the hustle and bustle is never too overbearing.

Even our own Countries have natural beauties . We may be lacking on Concrete Jungles and Fast services but I am satisfied with the ones here
