Yup, I mostly agreed with author.

Meaningless list with plenty of inaccuracies and issues. You can’t just rank tanks made for different terrains like that.
And Nobody would consider the current states of the challenger (challenger 2) or Merkava that good. The KF-51 is not in service, nor is challenger 3. Both wont be seen for a few years still. I wouldn’t rate the ZTZ-99A too high either, it has the weakest ammo out of the entire list and the worst basic design (barring perhaps the Merkava, but that has a potent APS so it gets a pass).
