While I understand the urge to celebrate his birthday, there are countless (hundreds) of unsung heroes who were also mohsins of Pakistan. We must not forget them and idolize only one person.

AQ Khan deserves respect, but many others do too.

^^ Cursing from the GHQ of Islam is not very apt, and in any case, when the facts come out, people will realize that what Musharraf did to AQ Khan was not only necessary but also a service to the country. Populist theories and aggrandizing of AQ Khan aside, there is much more that the country does not know. Its best to keep a lid on it, but I would say that its unfair to single out Musharraf on this count.
