No for PSLVs we dont care as much. They are tried and tested formula. GSLV had caused problems earlier so there is some excitement.

Pakistan and afghanistan are of same IQ.But what contribution made on science is what matters on ground

Peoples like Ramanujan(World renowned mathematician),Viswanadan anand(World renowned chess player),C.V Raman(World renowned physicist),shakuntala devi(Human computer) are some out of many and are one of the most talented ever lived on planet in their respective field.

Pakistani's and afghanistani's have to come india for treatment since such facility and expert doctors not available

Pakistan does not have any university to be in even in top 500 in world ranking when india have many eg-IIT

Pakistan does not have any major space program, when indian ISRO is world renowned and first country on planet to send Mar's probe in 1st attempt.

Pakistan does not have industrial power,financial power or people to make complex structures like rail metro,major dams,world class automobile production and any thing and every thing have to depend on China

Pakistan does not have any super computer produced and the concept not exist in pakistan

Infact many pakistan universities students follow indian authors books for science and technology subjects in pakistan

Pakistan contribution is negligible on international journal publications compared to india
