Under Pakistan Constitution Article 232 - 237, President of Pakistan can declare emergency.
With Indian aggressive LoC violations, financial troubles, and most importantly annexation of Kashmir by India, President should impose emergency on advice from Federal Government.
Molana is blinded by political vendetta and should not be allowed to hostage country for his personal politics.
I hope federal government weighing options to declare country wide emergency. This way, PTI Govt. wont have to use CoAS to persuade Molana to desist from his March.

Why on Earth is PTI so scared of Maulana Fazl-ur-Rahman / JUI-F? The march hasn't even started and lasted for 126 days like the dharna did costing Pakistan 2% decline in GDP Growth.

That's would be stupid and a political suicide. Musharraf declared emergency too and people still hate him for that. So better use COAS to make molana abort his azadi march

Musharraf emergency was for personal gains to pave way for his 2nd unlawful presidential election in which he even arrested SC judges. His was not an elected and democratic government. One can disagree with PTI policies but Molana cannot hostage country for his personal politics. Govt has legitimate rights to declare emergency under current situation in and around Pakistan.

Replace his illegal business with legal business ASAP. Let him continue his show in Islamabad. Jam mobile services near his dharna area so that he is not receiving any calls from his agents out there. And then operation cleanup against his smuggling dhanda.

Govt will have Intel what molana is planning. Molana wants to disrupt law and order for his personal vendetta. Emergency can be declared to stop this so called March which is against Pakistan interests. This March already putting Indian atrocities on the back burner in Pakistani media.
Emergency can also change the political discourse but it is better than letting molana to side track Kashmir for a longer period if he gets to Capital.
