TLP 'Long March' to Islamabad - October 22, 2021

Bro these ppl are blinded in their hate to anything which has islam in it . Its simple ..let their leader free like the court have ordered and keep your opinion which go against the justice to your self but they have to show their hate to our religion or religious folks ..othersways their dollar will dry up.

The liberal extremist terrorist will love the west even if they bomb the crap out of them, these are the same people who were the agents of the British empire, they collaborated with the British for the pleasures of the dunya.

I disagree with the religious parties/mullas if they resort to violence but protesting is their right. Last time the government by plan shelled the protesters in order to get a reaction, then declared them as terrorist whilst the real terrorist walk with IK. Its a fact. If the Mullas can't protest then why was pti allowed to protest, they blocked roads, swore on national TV at other politicians, caused hatred and disunity.

Government needs to engage Tlp and stop the illegal detention of their chief since April. The real terrorist walk around with Imran Khan, people like Tahir Ashrafi on record supported terrorism but get away with it as they are the establishment toy boy. What if IK was arrested and detained when he called Pakistanis to stop paying bills and calling for full civil disobedience. If Tlp does the same then its terrorism. Hypocrisy
actually Imran Khan is being kept ignorant by his close circle. For several months govt has detained the party chief illegally. thats y they r protesting. and yes the govt is weak these days any party leader will try to take advantage of that.
Why these idiots always come out when FATF reviews are taking place?

no its the month of RABI ul AWAL and they are demanding to release TLP chief who is illegally detained by the govt for several months now. The LHC has already ordered to release him.
Why TLP emerge during political turmoil ... does it have something to do with the recent standoff on ISI chief issue or massive price inflation ....
any political party will take advantage of the weakness of the govt not just TLP.

Kick the french out in protest

We all love our prophet and would sacrifice our lives to protect his honour.
But trading with kaffirs even when we’re at war with them is allowed.

Imam al-Bukhaari (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

Chapter: Buying and selling with the mushrikeen and people who are at war with Islam.

Then he narrated (2216) that ‘Abd al-Rahmaan ibn Abi Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) then a mushrik man came with some sheep that he was driving. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Are they for sale or a gift?” He said: “For sale.” So he bought a sheep from him.

It is agreed upon among scholars that we can trade with kuffar even when we’re at war with them as long as we don’t trade weapons with them or anything that can help them in war against us.

Additionally, with EU we have GSP status this helps us easily export goods to all of European Union. We don’t export war stuff to them. Many Pakistanis earn their livelihoods exporting goods to EU. If we send French ambassador back it means we’re picking a fight with all of EU. Because of one ambassador the whole nation of 220 million Pakistanis mostly Muslims will suffer while the kuffar (France) won’t be harmed.
We have to think logically as well and act according to the Quran in sunnah. Nowhere in Quran and sunnah does it say stop trading with kuffar. Our prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) traded with kuffar even at war with them. Isn’t war against nabi (ﷺ) the most blasphemous thing a person can do? But did our nabi (ﷺ) stop trade with all of them?
Let’s make logical decisions according to the Quran and sunnah. Let’s follow the examples of the sahaba. Let’s not be blind followers of some random molvis.

Our nabi (ﷺ) said to avoid blocking roadways while TLP block roadways and create traffic jams

I think some of the advisors of TLP leadership get funding from overseas to create problem for the Pakistani governments. The government security agencies should start programs aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting these subversive groups and individuals.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior, on the request of the Punjab Home Department, had asked the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to block internet services in Samanabad, Sherkot, Nawankot, Gulshan-i-Ravi, Sabzazar and Iqbal Town areas of Lahore "for maintaining law and order situation".
The notification for the blocking of the internet, issued on October 20, stated that internet services were to be suspended in the said areas with immediate effect till further request for the reopening of the services.
This is why the phone services stopped working, while these morons have nothing else to do, some of us were actually in emergency, and phone was the only thing to keep in contact and update people.
Kaisa kaisa chutia log hain Pakistan main and the power that they enjoy.

Police block capital's roads as TLP announces long march on Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: The police on Thursday decided to block different roads as well as the Faizabad Interchange to stop the outlawed Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) from entering the capital on Friday.

The decision was taken after the banned outfit announced a long march towards Islamabad from Lahore to pressure the government to release its leader Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi.

Senior police officers told Dawn that about three dozen containers had been arranged to put on different roads, including Islamabad Expressway, to stop the TLP from entering the capital or staging a sit-in at Faizabad Interchange.

The containers were being brought to the Faizabad Interchange and put on the roads at midnight. Besides, well-equipped police personnel were deployed in and around the interchange.

Police were also deputed at entry point of the capital at Tarnol, Rawat and Bhara Kahu. Moreover, containers were arranged to block the roads at these three points but a final direction was awaited from the higher authorities.

Over 2,000 police officials are being deployed at the main points, including the entry points, to counter the TLP’s march, the officers said.

The police lines headquarters released 1,500 anti-riot gear kits for the contingents to be deployed on Friday.

Meanwhile, over three dozen leaders, activists and active workers of the banned outfit were picked from different parts of the capital on Thursday.

In Rawalpindi, police intensified their crackdown on the banned outfit, detaining more than 125 of its workers and leaders.

Of the 125 workers, 51 were detained in the Rawalpindi district, 21 in Attock, 29 in Jhelum and 25 in Chakwal. So far, 17 workers of the group have been arrested have been shifted to the Adiala jail for 30 days.

Moreover, personnel from Punjab Constabulary (PC) have also been called to assist the local police to maintain law and order.

Rangers and Elite Force commandos have been deployed at Faizabad.

According to sources, the police were first directed to start ‘door knocking’ at the residences of TLP workers and leaders to sensitise them but later decided to detain them for 30 days.

The sources said police had prepared lists of more than 320 workers of the outlawed outfit, including 39 individuals who had been placed on the fourth schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The police, however, could arrest 51 individuals under section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) and continued raids at the residences of other activists.

Police have been deployed at different points in the garrison city while reserve police have been placed on a standby. Rangers are also likely to be deployed in the city on Friday to maintain law and order.

LAHORE: The police allegedly detained over 1,000 activists and workers of the banned Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) during a crackdown that was intensified across the province after the group announced a long march on Islamabad after Friday prayers (today).

Dozens of fourth schedulers of the proscribed group were also among those taken into custody from all 36 districts of the province besides at least 40 in Lahore, an official privy to the development told Dawn on Thursday.

He said the situation was not as alarming in other parts of the province as it was in Lahore where around 900 workers and second-tier leadership of the TLP were protesting outside the Jamia Masjid Rehmatul Lil Aalamin on Multan Road.

Tension escalated in the city on Thursday after a group of charged workers vandalised the Multan Road Orange Line train station near the protest venue, damaging CCTV cameras and infrastructure there. They also snatched a bus of a government educational institute and tortured two police constables.

However, police personnel deployed near the sit-in largely stayed away, as they were directed by the inspector general of police to avoid confrontation, the official said.

There were also reports that the TLP activists blocked roads in some parts of the city with containers and other vehicles and got into heated arguments with commuters for demanding removal of the blockade.

In the wake of this situation, the Lahore police lodged five cases against TLP workers, the official said, adding the government also suspended internet and mobile phone services in the TLP strongholds of Samanabad, Sherakot, Nawankot, Gulshan-i-Ravi, Sabzazar and Iqbal Town.

Announcing the long march on Islamabad, TLP leader Pir Ajmal Qadri said the “peaceful” procession would begin after Friday prayers. “If any hurdles are created, the party also has a Plan B to thwart any official attempts,” he told a charged crowd at the protest site.

In what appears to be a change of heart, the group delinked the march from the release of its incarcerated leader, Saad Hussain Rizvi, and said the purpose of the move was “respect for the holy prophet (PBUH)”.

He advised the workers to continue the mission of the group’s founder, the late Khadim Hussain Rizvi, even if “we are martyred in the march”, and asked the government to implement the agreement – a reference to the accord reached with the TLP last November to sever diplomatic and economic ties with France.“The government better implement the agreement in true spirit or get ready to face the consequences,” Qadri warned.

Meanwhile, the official said the police high command called an emergency meeting late on Thursday to devise a strategy following the TLP’s announcement of the long march. Chaired by Lahore Capital City Police Officer Ghulam Mahmood Dogar, the meeting was attended by the deputy inspectors general and senior superintendents of police of both investigation and operations wings and all divisional superintendents of police. The meeting decided to take action against those taking law into their hands.

The official said police deployment has been doubled on Multan Road and other parts of the city. About the province-wide crackdown, he said most TLP workers were arrested in Faisalabad, Rawalpindi and Multan when they tried to reach Lahore in violation of government orders.

The city police officer (CPO) has issued instructions to get surety bonds from the detainees for not creating a law and order situation. He also directed officers to initiate legal action against the hardcore activists and those detained under the Fourth Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997.

The Punjab government also attempted to engage the TLP leadership following the long march call, the official said.

Ahmad Fraz Khan also contributed to this report.

TLP leadership should've been hanged and Party banned, but weak Govt and Establishment who always wants to keep snakes to use them later never let this happen.
That is a bit too extreme. But I agree that it does need to be dismantled. Destroy it from the inside.

Nations are build on hard decisions, Pakistan unfortunately is a weak country, every tom dick and harry can stand with couple of thousand people to blackmail the govt, and here we talk about taking on India , Israel and America along with Dajjal.

One day of no internet connectivity can kill an IT company providing services overseas.

You tell the client that the Internet has been shutdown because some ghouls are marching on the capital and you will have the client telling their managers to look for alternatives in Bangalore and Manilla.
