'Time to reply to Pakistan in same coin, it must feel same pain': Indian Army Chief

india wont do war with Pakistan. They are just diverting Imran Khan's concentration from economy .

its not too easy to attack a nuclear power country where there is Chinese investment for oil transportation . it will be the last human error in the planet.

so stay calm and work on economy .

Are 29-years not enough for the buzzdil Indian Army to prepare a coherent and decisive response?

Do takkay kay Jarnail India meh aatay hain, cheekh cheekh kar chalay jaatay hain.

Frankly, the talks were going to be meaningless unless either side was going to concede something. The facts on the ground are what matter. Pakistan should try the West Germany approach. Focus on Developing opportunities and freedoms on its side of the LoC, so that Kashmiris want to side with Pakistan. Currently Pakistan is not as prosperous and stable as India, but with proper management and enforcement of law, that can be changed. Equitable rights between the provinces, using tax money to make jobs, and better managing resources like water can make Pakistan a more attractive option. without these reforms, Chinese and Saudi Investments will be squandered. Pakistan can no longer stall for time. Development in All of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir in particular are crucial. Further, the history of the heavy handed Indian oppression in Kashmir will make a Modernizing Pakistan attractive to those looking to throw off the Indian Yoke.

Studying what worked in the West-East Germany context should be how Pakistan approaches Kashmir Issues. Especially now that development is the primary national goal.

The talks weren't meant to yield any outcome. This was supposed to be a sideline meeting. I believe the Americans were the facilitators of the meeting. It was meant to broker trust between the new government of Pakistan and the Modi government. This could have paved the way for more talks after the UN meeting.

You have to understand that the US is quite desperate to break the ice between India and Pakistan. It has every stake in doing so because Pakistan keeps reminding the US about Indian role in Afghanistan which is meant to destabilize Pakistan. The Americans know that this is impacting their Afghan war. Hence US desperation to initiate dialogue between the two nations due to Afghan interests.

Modi is not interested in talks. Not today and not after the elections. We have to understand that Modi is a nasty nationalist. His only job is to agitate and engage in warmongering. Talks with Modi will yield absolutely nothing.

So what's in it for Pakistan to hold talks except a show of good faith. In fact, showing the world India's reluctance to talk only strengthens Pakistan's case. The Indian Foreign Minister will spew her vitriol at the UN, Nikki Haley will join suit, Our FM will rebut and state our case, and all will go home having done the song and dance. Real economic development and human development will undermine the Indian narrative on Pakistan.

Pak seriously needs to start Khalistan movement, arm the Kashmiri's
and Maoists. If Modi can openly talk about Balouchistan then why is
Imran Khan talking about peace talks? IK needs to openly support
Kashmiri's and Sikhs for Khalistan.

Its Maoists who are arming Pakistan from Beijing.
