Tibetans want India to give them right to vote

See the situation,

Pakistanis want to become Indian citizens
Bangladeshis want to become Indian citizens
Now even chinese want to become citizens (Tibet is in china officially, so tibetans are chinese)

India is doing something right, that neighbouring citizens think there lives will be better in India. Keep on good work India.

.
You want all Tibetans from China to go to India? :fie:

No, just the ones in India, but any Tibetan Chinese who are not happy with China are welcome to renounce their Chinese citizenship and move to India.

It's the same in the USA. Any native Americans Indians (the ones that live in Teepees) who are not happy with America can move to France or India-India. Imagine American Indians immigrating to India.

.
where is indias human right??
lot of those tibetans are second generation tibetans. born in india.
they are no more tibetans, they are indians..

they deserve to enjoy india democracy

Blah blah...freedom, human rights like words doesn't suit Chinese.

There are thousands of Tibetan been granted citizenships and they all have right to vote, those who are on other visas or provisions like refugee status under UN mandate does not have the right to vote, this is the case in every country excluding New Zealand were PR are given right to vote like citizens.

.
Indian citizenship for second generation Tibetans born in India, is a birth-right. It's their country as much as it's ours, because - they were born and raised in India.

. .
All former feudal lord class Tibetans should go to India, since India still run the Caste System.

If All Tibetans not happy with Chinese rule would you want them to go to India?

How could Tibetans not happy with Chinese (themselves) rule.

You question should be [If all Tibetans not happy with the CCP rule]

.
Does anybody know the Indian citizenship laws, I mean how long one has to stay in India as refugee to be citizen?

any person who has lived in India for atleast 10 years and feels he/she has assimilated with the Indian culture and wants to be a citizen of India can apply for Indian citizenship with the MEA. it is not a privilege though and the decision to grant the citizenship lies with the govt.

Just a question, not an opinion.

.
I think we should develop a special law for Tibetans....they are true friends for centuries and have our best interests in mind as wel their;s. I think its a great opportunity to showcase to the world India;s policies.

Yeah but the ground realities are far different.

They want voting rights, they want a seat for Dalai Lama in Parliament.Next thing they will be asking for is a separate Tibet being carved out of India.

YOU ever look at the positive and see that they could help change our democracy for the better?

.
Why all the Chinese are going so much aggressive here for India had not even accepted their demands
