Lie ,,, NIP Karachi is not operational , just 1 factory is operational and rest of the area is a barren land

Real Economic revival starts with Karachi-Gawadar , Bullet Train and Revival of Economic Zones in Karachi/Gawadar of course some similar development for Peshawar/Lahore areas

However all the infrastructure already exists in Karachi , but it is

a) Either too old
b) Under developed
c) Has lack of electricity

So if you were realistically trying to give Economy CPR , or electric shock , Reviving Karachi's stalled Industries should be priority and same with Faisalabad's stalled industry

A through Audit of the state owned enterprises and their business practices when they are placed in the "wealth fund" described by Asad Umar will own up their full set of weaknesses. Reforming them and opening them up to investment for development will dictate what exact projects these companies should under take. For example, If PIA can no longer sustain certain routes, it should auction off the rights to other airlines for funds to pay for its profitable routes. Then it will operate the right mix of aircraft to fly, and can work on regional integration that may be better suited for it.

For PIA solution is simple back in 80's and 90's PIA had plane shortages so PMLN came up with idea of selling PIA routes to other carriers and allowing them to operate openly in Pakistan.

Later Europe imposed a ban in PIA to fly over their region , because the planes did not have necessary entertainment systems. So just because the plane did not had TV they shut down PIA service for few years

Later planes were ordered in Musharaf time by that time damage was already done to PIA reputation. Those planes ordered in Musharaf's time eventually came in Zardari or Nawaz's time

A third attack was done on PIA by forcing PIA passengers to disembark in Europe instead of flying directly to Lucarative routes in USA this caused passengers to just fly with a different carrier

So in order to return PIA To profit , all external airlines should be blocked
(Emirates , Qatar Airways , Saudi Airways , Egypt Airways (Ettihad) etc)

So PIA handles 100% of Pakistani traveler traffic

Further hindrance to PIA has been abusive treatment of PIA passengers by Foreign country customs , who cause more delays to PIA travelers with scrutiny after they land on foreign lands. Diplomatic pressure was not applied by Pakistan on these foreign countries to allow safe respectable treatment of Pakistani Passengers on international ports
