I agree with you to some extend but these people in karachi coming from KPK, where they have already started killing polio workers ... so IK is involved when he says talks with TTP ...

People of KPK has every right to come to Karachi any time they want it's their country second they come to Karachi just like rest of us for economic opportunities.
