So any news on signing of nuke reactor deal or are these dams in lieu of it ??

Nuclear deal appears to be on, given the statements of the Pakistani and Chinese Foreign Ministers, and the reported signing of contracts by Chinese companies related to the deal.

However, a high profile announcement may not be on the cards since neither side wants to attract attention to the deal and create tension internationally.
