Its great but can anyone identify the language ?

the Muslim stay and their History always fascinates me, I wish that someday I will have enough resources to visit Spain and visit those Historical sites, to relive those times . Apart from US, Israel , Turkey , Jordan , Spain , Norway ( For landscapes ) are some of the places i want to visit first .

It is morscian; the mixture of arabic, basque, andalusian and spanish - listen to it careful, you will hear many of the old spanish words.
Beautiful rendition. I have attended many of the Moroccan festivals; if you get a chance to visit east africa especially Mombasa, Dar es Salam, Zanzibar, this is very very similar to Swahili/baloch/Shirazi culture in Tarab music.

It is indeed beautiful and the composition of words from the different languages makes it very unique, it was a good find indeed . I think Visit East Africa would be easier compared to EU , but hopefully someday Spain too .

You will love Zanzibar, Dar es Salam as well as Mombasa.

Taarab is most popular music in the swahili region; it is back in full force after going into decline in the 80s. This is part of any wedding or gathering. It is a pity you dont understand swahili - a beautiful language with offshots from arabic and fused with local languages. now across 8 countries as well as Oman.

Listen to Rajab suileman
