Finally Indian Army has got the go ahead from Modi to initiate equivalent of Chinese and Pakistani operations like Zarb e Gajab in J&K. It was long overdue and was expected.

1) The terrorist and their supporters will soon be flying Indian flags .
2) Cost for Pakistani to fund the jobless in these acts will go up many many times.
3) Trump will be really really really happy that India is taking action again terrorist and their supporters.

The Pakisitani posters here should not have any issues if India empolys the same techniques which they did in Baluchistan and other parts of Pakistan.

Yes, you do need to define the circumstances or conditions that constitute harming national interest and interrupting the work flow of securing agencies..This require detailed analysis and drafting of new law (That might include to kill anybody weaving any other country flag)..Does a simple blank statement of Army chief encompass all this ?Or weaving a flag is enough to consider someone obstructing all this what you have stated..

How detailed analysis is required is upto the person who need to decide.

@H!TchHiker there are special rules for special circumstances. They need not be put down in writing. Anyone waiving ISIS/Pakistani flag anywhere in India (Kashmir or Outside) will be condemed and treated as Anti National. Yes there are bleeding heart liberals who may consider this as "Freedom of Speech" but thankfully nowadays they dont have much influence over the governance of the country.

These people will raise Pakistani Flags/ISIS Flags, do stone pelting and interfering in Army operations and when the army retaliates or they get caught in cross fire they will pull their victim card.
