This Kashmiri’s Response to an Army Veteran Is a Must Read

On July 8, 2011, the police and the army had said two militants were killed and an army major wounded in a 20-hour gunfight in south Kashmir's Hanjan village, adding that no mediaperson was allowed to enter the area during the "gun fight". The militants had been identified as Javid Nengroo alias Umair of Hajan, Rajpora, and Ehsan Bhai, divisional commander of the Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) militant outfit.
The video shows soldiers, accompanied by an officer, standing on the debris. As they hear the cries of the person buried underneath the rubble, they start removing the debris.
A soldier kneels on the ground and removes some of the debris using his hands.
As the soldiers remove some of the debris, the person waves his hand. Another soldier is heard saying: "Sir dhadiwala hai (Sir, he is the bearded person)." Then voices say, "Karo, karo (open, open)" and a soldier opens fire at point blank range.
The army has not challenged the veracity of the video and has claimed the person was Ahsan Bhai, a Pakistani militant.
"He was given enough opportunity to surrender which he didn't. In this particular video if you observe closely he has a grenade in his hand and he was killed in retaliation to avoid collateral damage. After clearing the area a lot more explosives were found around him," army spokesman Lt Colonel J. S. Brar said.

Why U deliberately skipped the part where the guy in rubble was crying for help and one soldier said ""Haan haan nikal rahay hain" and upon seeing him as he has a beard they shot him point blank. How did they know he was a terrorist when they told him we are pulling U out but he was killed only because he was having a beard so presumably he was a terrorist. Why U didnt mention that how did he end up in a pile of rubble so let me tell U that, Indian Army had demolished the whole building with explosives and he was the lone survivor with other all occupants including women and children dead.

You are confused. IA recorded the video and released it as propaganda, to tell the terrorists what will happen if they take up arms against India.

It is time for us Lucknowis to stand living or dead beside our Kashmiri brothers. Of all the ethnic groups in Indian occupied territory they read the situation the best out of all of us. They knew what we would suffer beforehand, how our kids would be tortured, killed and our women raped. They knew it and this is what happened. Indians themselves are applying double standards for the Kashmiris, the land and the people they consider as India's integral part.

Backlash? No. They will be angry of course, but they will keep their anger in their homes. That's the purpose.

Torturing prisoners is a whole different scene. In the videos, the Indian soldiers were not torturing people, they were following Indian law, that's why they were leaked in the first place.

Did you even read the post?
The guy who was shot was Jaish e Mohammed divisional commander Ehsan Bhai.The house he was hiding in was blown up by army and he was trapped under rubble.
