A video from CCTV military channel show the artillery regiment in Tibet demonstrate its type-03 rocket launchers.

These rockets has a maximum range of over 300 km and a CEP in meters.

In the video, the rocket launchers launch 3 rockets, and hit 3 separate targets (note the three white circles) 150 km away accurately.

Haha Joe is a sensible guy but he's vastly overestimating his country's capabilities.

The thing is China can mass produce such rockets, the rocket launcher can have different configurations depend on the range requirement, for 150 km range, the cost of one such rocket is only about 100k USD (the PLA soldiers called it "BMW launcher")

Not guided.. it's calculated based on trajectory, and accuracy of geographical information, which is satellite based, most of above without having a good design of missile, it's not possible no matter if your calculations are accurate to fractions.

I was referring to GPS guidance which is exactly as you said but even with GPS only a good design can achieve low CEP.

They were amazed by the rocket missile launchers they are reporting, the new technology enables these rocket missiles to hit a target 300 kilometers away with the accuracy within 2 meters, they are almost no different to guided missiles.
