This is Modi's India. Muslim family attacked by Hindutva mob in #Gurugram. Last year in Aug in #Gurugram a Muslim man was beaten and forced to shave his beard. You may not subscribe to Hindutva ideology but if you support for Modi you end up strengthening his fascist policies

6 guys arrested, charged with attempt to murder.

These b@st@rds will not be getting free; thanks to the video - which is conclusive evidence.

These guys are no less than terrorists, but will be punished.

Not sure what Modi has to do with it.

I am not sure about "will be punished" part.

Indian justice system is a joke and going by their track record, the more extremist hindu you are, the better chances you are of getting out unpunished and even getting promoted to govt. positions.

Sad but true.

Dude, you can say what you want. How does it matter - it is opinion talk, talk is cheap.

But the legal system there is not a joke. There have been high profile indictments and like any legal system (that works), if there are no proofs the judge is helpless. Here, it is concrete evidence and attempt to murder will fall under section 307 of IPC and is punishable upto life, if hurt is caused - which is visible clearly in the video.

Law needs proof and does not give judgement based on emotion - So, not sure why you are not sure or why would that anyways matter.

As I said, Indian judicial system is a joke. Where no hindu extremist is punished.

After few days witnesses will start disappearing, or start taking back the complaints under threats to their lives or lives of their loved ones.

There is no way a hindu extremist can be punished under indian judicial system and organs working under it.

BTW, congratulations, all the 4 hindu terrorists blowing up trains are free. And we would soon see them occupying quite high positions in india.

Yeah, i knew you will go back to that. just wanted you to spell it out. By your logic; mayaben kodnani would not have been punished or sentenced - but why you would look at an example that works. you just want to bait and find a way to criticize.

There is no case of witness going hostile as recording is there. And witness hostility happens across the world - for every Michael Cohen, there is a Paul Manifort.

Btw, the twitter handle that gave this video also publishes a lot of other Indian and Pakistani cases and in one such case he even requests Punjab goverment (of pakistan) not to listen to the affidavit submitted by the woman who was accusing people in high position of rape, as he says this could be achieved under duress. There are enough logical people on both sides. but am sure you are not interested in the process, you just want to make a point that you don;t like indian law.

Not gonna waste my life explaining how law works to you. You keep beating this hindu extremist drum. All the best!
