The United States vs. China

Chinese leaders are already making tough structural reforms that will pave the way for a strong decade of growth around 6-7%. Our base economy is much larger than it was a decade ago and we don't have to grow 10% to achieve full employment to achieve social stability. We are now going for lower but sustainable quality growth base on high tech manufacturing, environmentally friendly, services based and consumer based economy.

Yea, i'm not an economist (but on occasion learning a bit about it tho), i'd say 10% annual growth is inherently unsustainable, an 'overheated economy'. Best to (try to) keep growth between 4 and 7% imo.

And once you're done with the keyboard warrior cheerleading and trolling, actually look up China's foreign policy and find me where is says China is trying to get even with other countries? The disputed territory has nothing to do with war crimes or apologies- its disputed like Japan disputes Liancourt Rocks with South Korea.

Always good to own an island or two off your rival's shores :D

Why is China always trying to "get even" with others? Seriously, Japan, Russia, USA. Why cant you just accept that you cant hope to militarily avenge what happened in the past and let it go?

Fortunately that is not Chinese government policy, just the opinion of some overly nationalistic Chinese citizens..

And of course, the future is all that matters. Focussing on the hatred and fights between your parents and parents in other countries will surely bring that hatred and a potential for new fights into the future. And war is just a waste of energy and resources and lives, remember that, nationalists..

The US GDP is 2X of China.

But China GDP is 4.5X of India.

China GDP is not 0.5x of US as what we read in the media and some reports.

The real measure of China GDP is 1.5x of US. It will be 2x of US GDP several years later.

The media, especially US media, wrote smaller number as psychological effect to keep US people confident. And to keep US reputation and respect in international level high.
