The Tulip – a 305.3-metre tall tower topped with a viewpoint and rotating gondolas is planned to be built in London.
Plans for The Tulip have been submitted to the City Corporation. If it is approved, At 1,000ft (305m) high, it will be the City of London's tallest skyscraper and about 3ft shorter than the Shard, the UK's highest building.
It will feature internal slides and moving transparent pods running outside the building for visitors to ride in.
Inside the The Tulip's bud there will be 12 floors, and it will also house a glass "Sky Bridge" for visitors to walk along.
If approved, the tower could begin construction in 2020, with an opening date planned for 2025. The tower will be just a visitor attraction without any office space.
