The Saudi-British Desert Force 3 exercise is launched in the Northwest

In the presence of the Commander of the North West Region, Major General Zafer bin Ali Al-Shehri, and on the British side, Lieutenant Colonel Graham Sefton.

This exercise is an extension of previous exercises designed to increase combat readiness.

The aim of these exercises is to gain experience and to learn the planning of military operations. The second goal is to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two countries in general and the Saudi ground forces in particular.
