Guys, the video elaborates on many different civil engineering construction aspects. I am sure that the participant BD engineers have learned these new things here.
However, individual learning can only be put into practice when some of these engineers are grouped together in a private company and the GoB gives them jobs with or without tender in the beginning.
They must be given opportunities to reproduce things they learn while working in efficient Chinese construction companies.
