the only thing i remember about Brisbane winning the 2032 Olympics bid is the Premier went to switzerland (or whereever the bid was held) and have a nice 5 days vacation while her constituent were all lock inside their home in Queensland.
I personally lives in NSW so I don't really care about that but still it's a bit wrong if you ask me.
As for the Olympics, good luck on the infrastructure, we are still paying for ours on the 2000 Olympics.
