This thread is not intended to demean or disparage anyone. It is here for formative purposes only.
Over the decades, I have noticed in my family circles and in the families of other Pakistanis, that there always seems to be a core group of around 3 men aged between 30 to 65 years old who do NOTHING but disparage Pakistan and Pakistanis. These men are usually uneducated and are employed as mini-cab drivers, chauffeurs, low service sector workers or any other profession that doesn't require a high IQ or critical thinking skills. These men ONLY say bad things about Pakistanis who are educated and doing well. Even worst, they save their most vile and worst criticisms for the nation of Pakistan itself. If you try to refute their claims they will become angry and start shouting. If you ask them to present ANY evidence for their claims they will become furious. If they can't argue with you then they will start claiming that you or the Pakistanis you are defending are not true Muslims even though they themselves have probably not fasted or prayed in over 20 years. These losers will usually praise india and watch bollywood films. These misfits will also make up far fetched stories and brag about accomplishments that everyone knows they will not be able to achieve even in a million years. These men also usually have 1980s style moustaches and talk unnecessarily loud. During weddings and other functions these guys fill their plates to the brim with food that they barely eat, wasting a huge amount of it.
Why do these men fear Pakistan and Pakistanis doing well? What is the psychology behind this? I want you guys to share your thoughts.
PS I am not disparaging anyone who works as a minicab driver, a chauffeur or in the service industry as I myself know many wonderful people who work in these professions. I am simply pointing out a key demographic within these professions.
