Except for KPK, those other provinces have had those names for many hundreds of years so I dont see how your point is valid.

Hundreds of years doesn't matter if demographics have changed or the population ratio, Saraiki, baloch and Muhajirs are have hard time to have enough access to state resources due to different systematic failures and faults. The hindko prople are doing fine but if they demand separate hazara province then they should be given. Preserve your people and culture.

Systematic failure and fault is the common man not being given access to government and leadership. When someone from DG Khan has to travel to Lahore just to get lick the boots of Shehbaz Sharif to get his job done people call it best governance.

If you use that logic then Africa would be called continent 1, and China would be called country 57?

The local names of those provinces are embedded into the land themeselves. Those ethnic groups are literally named after the land.

You also just contradicted yourself, you were previously saying how Baloch get their own province named for them, yet now you are saying they are a minor ethnic group deprived of basic rights.....

First you need to think through your own argument, then you need to look at whether its an ethnic issue, or a class/wealth issue i.e. Are Hazara in Punjab treated as poorly as Hazara in Balochistan, and is that due to their ethnicity or change in oppurtunities.

2 new provinces are urgently needed, Gilgit-Baltistan & Siraiki (south punjab) provinces are ready to move forward. punjab has gotten too big to be effectively managed, people living in southern punjab find it nearly impossible to go up to lahore for legal and administrative matters.

Dividing Punjab means, more Punjabis, South Punjab is essentially Punjabis as well.
