Nope the Official position of the Chinese government is to claim the whole sea i mean really are trying to pull a fast one on me? and again if that was true you people still don't have jurisdiction because reefs and shoals can not support life? it must be natural like pagasa island converting it into island is illegal because its not natural island its artificial which again according to scientist may have ecological effect later on
