I'll buy it if it is under 200 dollars. Probably would take up the whole room though.

Looks like it is made from fiberglass... did they say if it were from the original plane or not?
The trouble with guys like you is that you start shooting from the hip just because it sounds too far for your brains to comprehend. Don't bang your head just yet. Read on.and F-22 can time warp and fire black holes.
now where should i bang my head.

Like the F-22 are you aware that even Northrop's older B2 stealth bomber has an anti grav/electro-gravitic propulsion system. Have a look at this page from Michael Schratt's book...

Much of the craft's hull is made up of an advanced dielectric ceramic material. It also uses the Biefeld-Brown effect to ionize the air over the craft that probably reduces energy emissions/signature which cannot be picked up by BVR detectors, and so the extremely small or almost null RCS .
Now if you're interested in knowing more about research in gravity shielding (anti gravity) let me know instead of bashing technology that seems science fiction to your uninitiated brain!
Cheers!
I'll bet that "nose cone" is a mock-up for a display, a wind-tunnel model, maybe a portion of a mold. Or... it forms just the basis of the radome, and the secret goodies are layered over it.
It's very doubtful if anything could be learned from it.

There was a F-16 and F-22 canopy out there with a civilian sub manufacturer.

So it may be that the molds make it out there.
If they had antigravity on the B-2 they won't need to install heavy lift fans in the F-35B...
If anti gravity technology exists ... would it be available for export ?
