Another Korean fantasy rant, Russia is about friend with anybody they can sell their oil to
And PAK-FA and S-400 too. Russia doesn't sell those to China.
South Korea is now hostage to the North's economic interest because pipeline will go through north
That pipeline is guaranteed to be open by Russia.
China create manned spaceship and now manned space station
Well, car and LCD factories create jobs that pay $60~90K each, and even more jobs at the suppliers, as well as hundreds of billions of dollars in export.
How many jobs does China's spaceship and the space station prototype create?
but China focuses on the practical, that is defense technology, and are light-years ahead of Korea in the arms industry
The only thing that Chinese are ahead is the space rocket technology. The rest of defense technology, Korea still has the edge, including fighter jets.
have easily surpassed Korea in the Ship building industry
Nope.
The Chosun Ilbo (English Edition): Daily News from Korea - Korea Regains Lead in Shipbuilding Market
During the January-June period this year, Korean shipyards secured orders totaling 8.92 million compensated gross tons, far ahead of China's 5.17 million, the Korea Shipbuilders' Association said Sunday.
That gave Korea a market share of 53.2 percent and China 30.8 percent. CGT values are used to assess the added value of the shipbuilding sector in each country. Japan, another rival, took orders for a mere 460,000 CGTs with a 2.7 percent market share.
The gap between Korea and China is even wider in money terms, with Korea's orders worth US$31.4 billion, more than three times China's $8.8 billion.
but Korea up to today cannot produce missiles with range of more than 1000 miles
1,000 km is enough to hit Beijing.
they cannot launch a simple sattelite
Not until 2021. Until then Koreans will have to use foreign sattelite launch services.
almost their entire defense industry is dependent on Foreign purchases.
There is little foreign equipment in the army and navy.
Yes, the airforce has mostly imported aircraft except, and this will take longer than other services to localize.
In times of war which will lead to worldwide economic collapse, where the hell do you think Samsung or Hyundai is going to sell the luxury gadgets and cars?
Their market is worldwide.
Chinese Domestic economy alone is based on self sufficiency
Chinese economy cannot be self-sufficient because China imports massive amount of energy, raw material, and now food too. And China needs dollar bills to import stuff needed for its survival because other countries don't take RMB; they demand to be paid in US dollars.
Korea is predominantly based on export with large trade deficit
What trade deficit?
in 10 years time will be on par with America as one of the main consumerism country in the world
That would require China to import massive amount of oil, gas, raw materials, and food, but China must earn dollars to buy what it needs from overseas. But to earn dollars, China's wage must be kept low or the foreign manufacturers will leave China, and China's national industrial champions will somehow substitute those foreign manufacturers who left China. And this is China's dillema; Chinese corporations are not strong enough to replace departing foreign corporations and continue to earn big export dollars brought in by foreign manufacturers. China's small exporters are also hit by the rising wages that make Chinese export uncompetitive in the world market.
In other word, China lacks the fuel to transition into a high-wage economy, and are stuck at a GDP-per-capita of around $10,000. This is so called the middle income trap that awaits China. Japan and Korea had local industrial champions competing around the world to sustain local export after foreign manufacturers left, but China doesn't have these "local industrial champions".
That is simple because you've been well house trained. People would always left a doghole for their pets.
The alternative is that Chinese people hide inside container boxes or cross the Arizona desert and walk 1000 km to enter the US.
