Let's Hope such things are repeated never again...one of the earliest expositions of the world of the Kalash was done by George Scott Robertson in 1896

The Kafirs of the Hindu-Kush

Yes and there is also a point to ponder. All these ppl in alliance with brits became powerful in Pakistan, they were given authority and land. No wonder Pakistan never took off and been played by traitors. Till today its hard to find political/military leaders, bureaucrats etc that are sincere to Pakistan. Freedom fighters and people who gave blood for the people like umra khan mentioned above have been forgotten. Those ppl who fought the british have lost everything. Land records of the brits are accepted in Pakistan and thus land taken by brits and given to their cronies are legal in Pakistan, leaving many freedom fighting families with nothing. This is oir dilemma, we became free but were never truly free.
