International alliances, diplomacy and relations do not work on whims and fancies of keyboard warriors. It needs to have a strong reason, common threat, risk assessment and cost/benefit analysis prior to forming such alliances.....Also Quad is specifically China centric...why will others unnecessarily involve them in an anti-alliance and add additional threat to them....besides, countries like Russia, Iran and friends of India, Japan.

Especially with the US backing India and imposed arms embargo against Pakistan for example F-16 and AH-1Z. This makes Pakistan firmly in the camp of China Russia as part of contiguous quad against the US.
