The History of South Asia on Changin Map:---There was no India

India is basically like africa and just as diverse

It just was forced under a union by muslim and then British empires

Without this they would just be mini states warring against each other

Indians/hindus have a deep love for revisionist history however
India has been united by older civilizations as well. Read about the Gupta and Maurya empires to begin with

well the fact is that india is more diverse than it was 1000 years ago with a mixed array of ethnicity, religion, language makes it more harder to govern india on the European governance model.

Indeed. India should become a role-model for the world if we continue to survive as a single nation of so many differences. Otherwise humanity in general would never run out of reasons to find differences.
The other alternative to the Greko-Roman model of nation-states is based on religion which does more harm than good when faced with diversity.

Pakistan doesn't have to worry about diversity, your position is easier, no one notices what happens to Christians, Hindus, Ahmadiyyas as their numbers are very small.

Not united,, occupied, conquered

Big difference being a country and occupied territory
Up until the medieval era, most territorial expansion and consolidation happened because of conquests and occupations. Islam didn't come to India with a great bail-out package to find it's roots here.

Ask yourself, why is the Sinhalese of a Sri Lankan closer to Norwegian or even German rather than to Tamil of a Sri Lankan and you will get your answer.
You do know that even the word Sinhala comes from Sanskrit and so does Singapore. These were areas colonized by Tamil kings.

You make a very childish argument

First it was called sindhu. remember that Sindhu was not the name of whole of India but just a Part of current Sindh and Baluchistan and Gujrat areas.

are you talking about Kutch and Kathiyawar ? yes we are sindhi but we always had and still have our Separate Identity. we are genetically and culturally Sindhi and Kathiawari at the same time. how ? Sindh have Influenced more on than Sorath (another name of Saurashtra) since time of IVC. as we Fall in Dry Bad of Indus valley and not in Gangatic Plains.

I have Read somewhere that Sindh, Balochistan, Sirakis, Marvadis, Kucchi and Kathiwari have very Ancient Roots and our Native Language (Saurashtra now extinct) was considered Dialect of Sindhi just like kuttchi. beside that most of people (70%+) of my Region are Migrants from Sindh as this region always had low population density Compared to other Regions of India. (Kathiwar - 140 sq km, Gujarat Proper - 600 sq.. km, UP - 1000 sq. km).

our Bharwad and Aahirs are Migrants of Sindh (they are very Fair skinned people despite belonging to Low Caste, just like jats), our some Brahmin Clans also have sindhi origin.

20% of our population is Rajput and majority of Rajputs are considered Jadeja, Chudasama and zala. funny thing is all 3 Migrated from sindh. jadejas are related to Juneja Rajputs of sindh. Chudasama are also related to Samma Rajputs of Sindh. even i am a Rajput but my ancestors migrated from Punjab Region. Zala and Jethwas were kicked out of sindh after losing their kingdoms. while our another Martial caste Kathi (who gave name to this region) are Migrants from sindh as well they caste name is Kathi Darbar.

are you sindhi ? it's sad to see even Sindhi is dying just like our Sorathi died. you guys should try to keep it alive and save your Language from cultural invasion from other language. other wise you will become like us, genetically sindhi who are speaking half Gujarati.

we have some people here who are trying to revive Saurastra Language and created Hindu Sindh by merging Saurashtra, Kutchh and Eastern Marvadi but sadly i dont think we wll ever able to use saurashtra/Sorathi as language of common people again. as well even lost our Statehood to Gujarat in 1960s.:(

at least we have our Lions :D only species of lion outside Africa.

Yes it should but will it ?? for a sustainable government there needs to be a binding force for the indian masses. just like communism in china (which is both a governance system and a uniting power)or Pakistan (where religon is a binding power) heck even north korea (which has got it leader is a binding power)
i am not saying these are perfect but they do bind people together in case of Pakistan religion has been somewhat of a success in Pakistan but neither we have developed it nor we have properly integrated it
While in indias case i have not seen much of a greater binding force for all but recently modi government has been promoting a force which is hinduism but i do not think it will be successful as unlike Pakistan there is also a large chunk of people who are not hindu there needs to be a force to bind the people together in india and if it is implemented then there would be revolution inside india for the good

I agree to most of your points except for the last part.
The binding force is the pursuit of prosperity unhindered by the influence of overarching concepts like religion.
In India, it's not PC to project being a proud hindu/muslim as we lose focus from our collective hive's prosperity by doing so.
While in Pakistan, muslims are unhindered to claim piety.
You might disagree to this but being in India teaches you more about tolerance than most other nations. The fabric is delicate and I am not a fan of the current situation and where it is leading us.
Islam especially becomes difficult to handle as it is the only major Abrahmic religion in India and like other Abrahmic religions, claims divine providence and the title of the only truth, thus invoking a reaction from the Dharmic religions. All of this spoils the fabric.

you may call india more tollerant but the fact is that it is one of the racist country in the world. i am not saying pakistan is wayyy better but do you think that the binding force is the pursuit of prosperity has brought any kind of revolution for the good best example is china look how they have progressed . now dont tell me india will take it slow and steady because without any revolutionary change there wount be any progress. the same is with pakistan.
islam i think is very amazing religion what fascinates me is the the things when we interpret with sciences makes amazing theories now when you talk about divine providence you talk about allah but then what is allah. Allah/god is an entity which has creates things like space matter living being. unlike other abrahamic religon which think god is a old guy with a big white beard. islam does not say allah is a logical being nor it say even it is a being it is an entity which cannot be defined with the word being or other words.
