Unfortunately i haven't personalky been employed with the core Tata group although I did a short time at TCS Chennai. Mostly my dad and a couple of family from his generation.

You need to understand the full-context of such statistics. Chinese immigrants to the United States mostly came here as workers and poor immigrants; they started from scratch, little education from a culture that is extremely different.

While many of the Indian immigrants here studied in India and carried on their education/work in the United States, they grew up in a Western-Indian culture and know English; so it was not hard for them to adapt. This continuous migration is a serious source of brain-drain for India and is nothing to be proud of.
