I have a habit of turning my external dual speakers on full volume, sticking them with my ears.

Headphones don’t give joy...

Apart from that, I have installed a 7.1 surround

I have Sony MDR-XB650BT they are a great pair of headphones for people who like extra bass.

i have 2 headphones bose ,
one wrap around and one tiny wireless for walking .

I always use closed back headphones. It provides the best noise isolation from outside.

Sennheiser HD 380 Pros for the past quite a few years, had to change the ear lining and the speakers last year.

Nice flat response, good for monitoring within a reasonable budget, but durability is an issue.

Bose Qc35 are the current ones i use. Though i heard some good stuff about the sony Wh1000.

not super top of the line stuff but got good reviews, reasonably flat response and good for monitoring which is what I need them for.
