These "imaginary" jets were made into proposals and full-scale mockups. And BTW, J-13 is the same as the J-20. J-12 and J-14 are interchangeable names.

So, learn the information before going into the gray area.

Your FGFA, according to Indian officials, hasn't made its first flight on paper yet.
