Plz see 01:30 min. video to understand the future warfare, importance of fifth gen plances and value of avionics like in rafale can save it self from the enemy of fifth generation. Not proven. Plus, a powerful modern radar would track F-35 easy. Plus, Su-35S has infrared sensor that can pick up F-35's hot engine easy.

Sure its proven. They tests these systems.

Remember in the video it states SAM system can be detected quickly after firing missiles in the air as well.
