Actually, bushmeat is very common to be consume in Africa region, because there are no other food source available, traditionally, African food source depends largely on fish but most are now fished out by European (Blame on either European buying up right or local mishandling the fishing right) Anyway, even though since after the Ebola outbreak, the bushmeat industry have cut down approximately 56% according to WHO, but that still mean around 500,000 bush animal were killed every year in Africa.

Australia needs a red alert quarantine especially people coming from china. They should also raid any chinese restuarant that might be serving these disgusting dishes. They may not be in the menu but they there in secret.

Bushmeat were actually illegal in most of the world, Australia and US have banned Bushmeat a long time ago, heavy fine and jail time applies for anyone breaking the law (It was $250,000 and 10 year jail in the US, not sure what is the punishment on breaking Australia Biosecurity law)

Well, I think that's mostly because none of the outbreak were originate from Indonesia or Vietnam, I mean people eat weird anywhere, French eat snail, South American eats monkey, Egyptian eats scorpion and so on , but why do infectious disease like this in the last 40 years only start out in China or Africa?

Africa I get, people weren't exactly educated and they have no choice because they were poor. But China? Why do they have the outbreak in the first place?? I mean how many outbreak was originated from China in just last 20 years? SARS, Avian Flu, Swine Flu were all originate from China. I mean, something is not right here.

Actually SARS, etc are a kind of famous flu.

But it doesn't mean nothing happened worldwide for a similar case.


The flu virus is always new and most of them are mutated from the older flu viruses or transmitted from animals (like insect).

Basically, once you get flu and cured, your body has developed anti-body and you will never get sick anymore from the same flu, or from the same flu virus.

If you get another flu, it's because of a new kind of flu virus, mutated or transmitted from the animal.

But thanks goodness, it's not as worse as the case in China.

We just need to take a rest and automatically cured.


This kind of flu epidemic, happened every year, every month, every day, but almost all of them are easily be cured.
