People still make money money in US than in China, this is also a fact, infra alone won't decides everything. what I was talking about is that US doesn't upgrade their infra and this will become a future problem more and more, without good infra,you will eventually lose out in other races.

Competition in China is brutal, there's no denying it. Not everyone is going to make it. If people with no skills or those who couldn't make the cut for Chinese higher education and have to buy their way into an American one "abandon" China, that isn't to China's detriment. They haven't "abandoned" China - more than 80% of Chinese students in America return to China. Your government accuses them of being spies, no? If they have anything useful to offer China, then China has many ways of enticing them to return.

Your answer is showing a far worse societal failure... and you can't see it. You're crowing that there's a trickle of immigrants (and tens of thousands to China is too small even be called a trickle) from a developing country to America. China is causing you this much heartburn while it's still a developing country with a fraction of America's per-capita GDP - man, spare something for a couple of decades from now when China becomes fully developed. How are you going to act then?
You know, in one of the documentaries I would have linked, there was a little toddler - she couldn't have been more than a couple of years old - screaming and desperately trying to wake her mother who overdosed on opiates and lay dead on a supermarket floor. It was the saddest, most piteous sight I had ever seen in my life. I'll admit it: I teared up at that.
