28 states will hold an emergency meeting. Ms. Merkel urgently pointed Türkiye's importance..."whatever it means";

@ Bismarck Bro . They will found EU controlled camps in Srbia and Türkiye.

If they lift VISA for all Turkish people I would negotiate about it. But not with " villagers triks" announcing the whole Balkan and Türkiye as " secure third countries ";

next step could be to declare Ukraine , Georgia and even Afganistan as "secure non EU states"!

Thats for me "fake policy" to rollover responsibility to others and make EUROPE a massive castle with physical hurdles at land.

I am angry waiting, if Greek and Bulgarian boarder guards will shoot on them.

Turkish Police can not stand 40000 refugees without force.
That may happen ! But next day you can read Turkish Security used massive violence against refugees.

Bro. Read my other post. German Security experts claim that the huge problem can only solved with military power at the sources.

Unofficial sources say 4000 are on TEM Highway Walking to EDIRNE at Greece/ Bulgarian boarder.

Others almost 40000 waiting in Istanbul . Bus companies are not allowed to sell tickets to "refugees"!
Already sold tickets are not valid !

There was an agreement where in return of taking in turned back migrants Turkey would supposedly get easing of visa restrictions. Atleast that's how the Turkish side tried to sell it.

Imo, it would be a big big mistake to agree to some sort a version of the Dublin agreement.

It would mean us sharing the burden with the EU without actually being in the EU and it would be an extra motive to never take us in.

Take a look at the 1951 refugee convention, we altered it to only take in people coming from the West to prevent us becoming like Morocco and Libya.

Chancelor Ms. Merkel phoned tp President Erdogan and thanked for Turkish Humanitarian Aid for refugees. She pointed that Türkiye has better humanitarian values than the EU ! She said that Germany will accept 1 Million refugees in year 2015. She thanked TCG Service , they rescued 50000 refugees in 2015. She promised to support Türkiye in war against PKK Terror Organization and want to cooperate with Türkiye in Syria conflict. She pointed that she is worried about Israeli brutality in MESCIDI AKSA.

Deutschland und die Türkei wollen in der Flüchtlingskrise enger zusammenarbeiten

Kanzlerin Merkel und der türkische Staatspräsident Erdogan haben wegen der Flüchtlingskrise telefoniert. Beide Seiten wollen die Zusammenarbeit zur Bewältigung der Krise verstärken. Das teilte Regierungssprecher Steffen Seibert mit. Vor allem die Schleuser sollen bekämpft werden.
Merkel würdigte laut Seibert "die enormen Leistungen zur Unterbringung und Versorgung der inzwischen knapp zwei Millionen syrischen Flüchtlinge" in der Türkei. Einigkeit bestand auch darin, dass die Linderung der Krise nur mit einer solidarischen Kraftanstrengung der internationalen Gemeinschaft gelingen könne.

Western world doesn't care about situation in Syria. If they did, they would support moderate rebels (waaay before AQ and ISIS stepped in) and topple Assad. But they want this crisis to go on eternally. After all they are off the chain thousand miles away!

So using refugee card, we have to make them suffer! We should support refugees on their way to Europe and West instead of trying to prevent. Europe deserves that!
