China doesn't operate any jets similar to the F-14 Tomcat, and besides, its American.

Perhaps you are referring to the SU-27 or US F-15?

F-14 is one of my most favorite fighters of ALL time It made me a sad panda when they retired it Even sadder when they dumped a project based on the F-14
