The best Pak newspaper

I have been reading Pak newspapers for a while . I write to seek views of all on which paper do they feel is most objective in its reporting.

I found the Dawn good and in particular I found articles by Ayaz Amir to be stimulating & incisive. He seems to have stopped contributing to the paper now.The Dawn seems to have slipped somewhat.

Of late I fine The Express Tribune to be close to what The Dawn once was in the quality of posts / article & editorials.

Besides these two, I also glance thru The Nation & The News International.

Can those here share with me their views on Pak papers & news sites with regard to the quality of news.

Can we not have any trolls please ?

Strange! I still think Dawn is better in terms of quality and arguments.

Express tribune is good but immature. Too much emotionalism and exaggeration. However, they cover minority issues more than any newspaper so i will credit them for this.

The news international is good as well. Not biased and quite neutral.

As for The Nation, i think their quality has declined over the years. It was once my favourite. Now they only focus on conspiracy theories. Not reliable if you ask me.

These are just my views. Feel free to disagree.

Ayaz Amir has joined the Jang Group. and start writing columns in Urdu.

The News International is biased somewhat towards present government, as they exhibit themselves Anti-PPP most of the times

The only news paper I follow and found the best is DAWN. They are very selective in terms of words and pretty balanced approach for international issues. They also have best editorial column and comments entered by users are validated before posting.
